VP Consulting

Open Position (1)

As a Co-VP of Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving community engagement through execution of our outreach programs. Your primary focus will be building our relationship with Smart North Florida and charting the future of our consulting data analytics program. 


​In the position, you will be leading the consulting committee with our current VP, Victor Frcek. An ideal candidate will have superb communication and organizational skills, prior leadership experience, strong decision making, and a drive to implement meaningful change in our local community. Previous experience in our consulting committee is a plus! Though we prefer candidates with a graduation date Spring 2025 or beyond, we will still consider candidates with an earlier graduation date.

VP Corporate Relations

Open Position (1)

The Vice President of Corporate Relations plays a crucial role in our relationship with UF Business Career Services, the organization of the ISOM Mixers, and building relationships with our corporate sponsors. This position requires dedicated attendance at all planned meetings and maintaining a professional and prompt interaction with recruiters. 

 

We are seeking a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should be adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with recruiters, demonstrating a commitment to the representation and promotion of the ISOM program.

VP Marketing

Open Position (1)

The Vice President of Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for driving the organization's presence and engagement across various platforms. As the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our members. The successful candidate will lead the charge in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals.

 

​We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in marketing/leadership, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a vision for our social presence. Experience with photography/videography or graphic design (Canva) is a plus!

VP Membership

Open Position (1)

The Vice President of Membership holds a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive community within our organization. Responsible for the planning and execution of social events, formal gatherings, and road trips, you will play a crucial role in building a sense of camaraderie among our members. As the key architect of our community engagement strategy, you will focus on creating memorable experiences that strengthen connections and enrich the overall membership experience.

 

​We are seeking a candidate with a passion for community building, strong organizational skills, and a creative approach to event planning. Experience in coordinating social and formal events, as well as managing road trips, is highly desirable.

VP Professional Development

Open Position (1)

The Vice President of Professional Development (formerly titled VP of Leadership) will oversee all events and programs that enhance members’ professional and technical skills. They will be responsible for creating a committee to plan and host workshops as well as create connections with companies to develop Apprenticeship and Mentorship programs. They will work closely with the VP of Corporate Relations to develop relationships with our corporate sponsors. 

 

The ideal candidate for this role is familiar with industry trends, tech-savvy, and is a strong delegator. They have a passion for technology and innovation and a get-it-done attitude as they spearhead two new AIS initiatives:

  • Corporate Mentorship Program: AIS members will be matched with a corporate mentor in their desired field and will have biweekly meetings with their assigned mentor. Mentors will be recruited through AIS and UF alumni networks and by corporate sponsors. 

  • Apprenticeship Program: AIS members will have the opportunity to create a project with the assistance of someone in industry. By the end of the semester, the selected AIS members will have a personal project or a company related project to list on their resume.
