Corporate Mentorship Program

Mentor applications for our Corporate Mentorship Program are officially open!

Our Corporate Mentorship Program pairs current MS-ISOM students with industry professionals in tailored 1:1 relationships. Through bi-weekly virtual meetings, mentees gain valuable insight into the corporate world and learn how to build and maintain professional relationships.

This semester, we’ll focus on leveraging personal strengths to enhance workplace impact. As a mentor, you'll have the opportunity to share your experiences, provide meaningful guidance, and support a mentee's professional growth. Through this program, you'll help mentees develop their networking skills, navigate real-world challenges, and build confidence as emerging professionals. This experience is designed to strengthen your leadership and coaching abilities while allowing you to make a lasting impact on someone’s career journey.

Eligibility & Commitment

  • One-semester commitment (Fall 2026)

  • Attend Bi-weekly meetings with mentee

Why Mentorship?

Mentorship is a cornerstone of success in the workplace. Navigating new roles, companies, or industries can be overwhelming, but having someone who’s been in your shoes can make all the difference.

This unique opportunity offers students personalized guidance as they navigate both their academic journey and future career path, helping them build confidence, clarity, and professional connections that last.

Whether you're starting out in a new role or exploring a career path, learning how to ask for help is essential, but not always easy. That’s where the Corporate Mentorship Program comes in.

As a Mentee

You’ll learn how to ask meaningful questions, build strong professional relationships, and expand your career network. This program helps you become a more proactive, confident professional who’s comfortable seeking guidance and making the most of mentorship.

As a Mentor

You’ll gain deeper insight into your leadership and communication style while giving back to the next generation of ISOM professionals. Mentorship is a rewarding opportunity to reflect on your own career journey, share valuable lessons, and grow through connection. Guiding someone else not only helps them thrive, it helps you grow too.
