  2. Download the Committee Application below these instructions.            

  3. When saving your application, alter the file name to reflect your first and last name.                                           EX: "Chris_Mead_AIS_Committee_App"                          

  4. Send in your application along with your resume and a headshot to membership@ufais.org. If you don’t have any headshots, feel free to send in any solo pictures you have! Please include your full name, the role you are applying to, and "(Spring 23)" in the subject line. Example: "Chris Mead: Logistics Chair (Spring 23)"​​

If you are applying to multiple positions, please fill out a different application per role (example: if you are applying to be an analyst on the consulting committee and the intramural coordinator position, send in two applications (two emails), etc.)

Consulting

Analyst (12 open positions)

Analysts will work within a team of 3-4 under a project manager to successfully execute a  technology/strategy public sector project in partnership with Smart North Florida. As a consulting committee member, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with like-minded, motivated MS-ISOM students interested in gaining real-world consulting experience. Projects include working with Smart North Florida in the NE Florida community, including Neptune Beach, the UNF Hunger Network, and the Eastside community. Required responsibilities include attending weekly committee meetings on Tuesday evenings and AIS GBMs and may include work such as data analysis and visualization, strategic planning, coding, mapping software, researching, client meetings, etc.

Corporate Relations

International Recruitment Specialist

Responsible for bringing in new and exciting employers that cater to international students! This individual will network with recruiters whom AIS does not currently have in their network. The goal of this position is to aid our international population as best we can by bringing in employers seeking to hire international students.

Professional Development

Case Competition Coordinator

This chair will be responsible for putting case competitions on AIS‘ radar. Duties will consist of opportunity research, attending meetings with the MBA Case Comp Club, further developing their own case comp hard and soft skills, and coordinating/planning teams to enter 1 case competition this semester.

Marketing

Multimedia Team (2 open positions)

AIS is looking for individuals who can bring something different to the table. These positions would entail the use of photography and graphic design to help generate promotional material for events as well as general content. Creativity is key. AIS is rebranding and wants to appeal to our student population through effective visualization and designs that stand out and get the community excited.

Membership

Intramural Sports Coordinator

This chair is responsible for the coordination of all intramural sports for AIS. This will include going to rec sports, getting a schedule of all registration dates, getting members signed up, and getting them assigned to teams while coordinating the games they have scheduled. This person should expect to put aside 2 - 3 hours a week toward this role.

Data Analytics Chair

Initiates the weekly AIS Check-In Google Form with questions that will capture useful information from the current members, creates a QR code with Google plug-in, relays this to the VP of Treasury. Consolidates membership data, creates visualizations in Google Analytics and Tableau, and forms an overall strategic plan for enhancing membership. Coordinate with the VP of Technology to use visuals on the AIS webpage. This person should expect to put aside 2 - 5 hours a week toward this role.

Social Chair

This chair is responsible for planning and budgeting all social events for AIS. This includes creating new event ideas and themes! Proper planning is required for this position as we plan several weeks in advance of events to ensure they run smoothly. If you enjoy party planning and social settings, this position could be the perfect fit for you!

Treasury

Sponsorship Coordinator

This position will prepare and organize sponsorship information with regard to corporate sponsorships and assist in the promotion of AIS sponsorship options. AIS’s budget demands are growing rapidly, so this position will have the opportunity to innovate new forms for funding our extensive operations.
